The Romantik Hotel Koellner's Landhaus in Celle is one of the smallest houses of the cooperation. Situated on the banks of the Aller, the lovely refurbished timbered house from 1589 offers only six rooms. The exhibition shows the evolution of sugar and chocolate from luxury products of the royal society to mass consumer goods. Delicate artworks demonstrate the artistry of the confectioners, numerous pictures and utensils provide an insight into the production.
